That leaves a total of two lawyers in the race: Obama and Clinton. On the Republican side, Romney was the last lawyer standing. Obama was previously a University of Chicago constitutional law lecturer and civil rights attorney, while Clinton famously practiced with the
Rose Law Firm 
in Arkansas.
Now, the legal industry is primarily leaning towards the Democratic party, but there is a strong conservative element as well, many of whom were backing Giuliani. Lots of them went to Romney, but most will go with McCain, though reluctantly. After all, he almost certainly will be the Republican nominee.
On the Democratic side, after Edwards bowed out, there was quite a scramble by the Clinton and Obama campaigns to pick up Edwards's legal supporters. Lawyers comprised a significant chunk of Edwards's financial base.
With the current undecided situation on the Democratic side, it's anyone's guess as to whom lawyers will be better served by.
