This was not well received by the judge. Any time your sentencing hearing starts with the judge saying stuff like "It is my honor to be a judge. It is my honor to uphold the integrity of the judicial process," it's likely you are going to be spending some time in jail.
And that's what Reposa is now doing: spending some quality time in prison. Ninety days, in fact, for showing contempt to the court. It was Reposa's bad luck that the judge who heard his case is busy teaching classes on courtroom decorum to new judges and most probably took a very dim view of Reposa's actions.

Paul Davis, the judge who put Reposa behind bars, basically said Reposa was not accepting responsibility. Reposa alternated between apologizing for offending the judge (not for his actions, just for the judge being offended?) and claiming he was justified because of the "zealous prosecutors."
Some evidence that could have backed up Judge Davis's observation that Reposa wasn't taking responsibility is the fact that Reposa referred to himself as "bulletproof" and also had told his secretary to tell any media members making inquiries to go do a series of expletives.
