Kasowitz Opens Its Silicon Valley Office
Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman has opened an office in Silicon Valley for building its intellectual property practice. Douglas Lumish will serve as office managing partner to the new office. The new office will have eight IP litigation lawyers. Kasowitz has plans to add three more lawyers to the office soon and seeks to expand its Silicon Valley head count to between 15 and 20 lawyers during 2012.
