David & Goodman describes itself as a professional corporation and a full service law firm focused on litigation, commercial, business and real estate transactions and family law. The law firm celebrated 30 years of service this June. The firm is well-known for representing a wide array of clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 corporations.
Silow added that Fox Rothschild already has a significant number of clients either based in Texas or who have vital business interests in Texas. The merger will enable Fox to enhance the level and scope of its services to those clients. A Dallas office would also assist in the growth of Fox's Energy and Natural Resources Practice which was formed earlier this year with the addition of attorneys like Jack R. Luellen and Brent D. Chicken in the firm's Denver office.
Fox has been expanding with strategic mergers across the country over the past few years. It recently expanded to San Francisco through a merger with MBV Law and also merged with Rubin Fishman & Saul in Denver.
