Since I'm apparently now awful at taking pictures of everything I eat throughout the day I managed to get a few and then everything goes downhill. So here's another WIAW lately post! I'm also super proud I got a little food prep in this weekend! I chopped up veggies for snacks, got a bunch of salad ingredients from the bulk bins, made brown rice and quinoa, made my own almond butter AND I made Red Lentil Dal for easy meals! If you're new to WIAW, head on over to Peas & Crayons to see what it's all about and check out the other participating bloggers!
