Do any of you reading have kids? I don't … but I know that if I have them in the future I want to make sure that MOVING is a huge part of our lives. Growing up I played a lot of sports, but I was HORRIBLE at all of them. I enjoyed some, but mostly because my friends were there, not because I liked the movement. I wish I had found something I really enjoyed when I was younger. I think it could have made a big difference for setting good habits early on.
