Bassin is a partner at Bowman and Brooke LLP’s Minneapolis office. She is the mother of four children and understands the importance needed in firms for diversity, especially with working mothers. Her legal practice focuses on product liability and personal injury defense as well as employment law and commercial litigation issues.
Swaner is the newest member to the blog and a partner in the Dallas office of Bowman and Brooke. She is a mother to three boys, so she also understands how difficult it can be for working mothers to balance work and home. She is an automotive product liability litigator and trial lawyer for both domestic and international clients. She has been named by Texas Super Lawyers magazine as a “Rising Star” for the past three years.
The three women often write very candid posts about the struggles they face keeping track of their work and their children. They take on the issues that women face when it comes their choice of dress, word choice, and overall demeanor in professional settings.
