The Law Firm is currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced attorney to join our team as an Associate Attorney. This position requires a strong background in corporate, commercial, real estate, and tax law, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in these areas.

As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a heavy concentration of corporate, commercial, real estate, and tax transactions, as well as providing tax planning advice to clients. You must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and have a strong understanding of state and federal laws related to these areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents related to corporate, commercial, real estate, and tax transactions
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on tax planning matters

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
