- LLM in Taxation is a plus

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Corporate Attorney to join our Business and Corporate practice. Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to provide legal advice and counsel on business and corporate matters
- Draft and review contracts, corporate agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and securities and corporate finance matters
- Assist with business formation and succession planning
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide excellent client service and achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and corporate law
- Strong knowledge of business and corporate law, including but not limited to business formation and succession planning, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be licensed and in good standing in PA and/or NJ
