Job Overview: A growing law firm is seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Estate and Elder Law Attorney to join its expanding estate practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent law school graduates to learn the fundamentals of estate planning, advanced estate planning, and elder law while developing their career in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for estate law and be eager to grow with the practice.

Duties:

• Assist with basic and advanced estate planning matters.
• Provide legal advice and representation in elder law cases, including guardianship, Medicaid planning, and long-term care.
• Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
• Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategies.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Participate in meetings and consultations with clients to discuss estate planning and elder law issues.
• Stay updated on changes in estate and elder law to provide the best legal advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Passion for estate planning and elder law, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
