Responsibilities:
• Work on a broad range of transactions related to private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, and subscription line credit facilities
• Draft and negotiate various agreements and documents
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions
• Manage significant responsibility and work independently
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals
Requirements:
• Strong academic credentials
• Prior experience in private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities preferred
• Admission to the North Carolina Bar preferred, but not required for exceptional candidates
