Job Description
As an Employment Attorney at KBA, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters for both employers and employees. This includes handling discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, and contract negotiations. You will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in employment law
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
