The candidate should have significant experience with a wide variety of business and M&A transactions, including advising on and drafting term sheets, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements, as well as with corporate and partnership taxation issues and business succession matters. Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills, are essential. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon.
