Duties:

• Prepare and present cases to administrative boards and governmental agencies.
• Offer comprehensive legal guidance to clients on complex land use and zoning regulations.
• Develop client relationships and manage legal cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in New York State.
• At least 2+ years of experience in land use, zoning, and municipal law.
• Demonstrated ability to handle legal matters independently and collaborate with a team when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for drafting legal documents and conducting presentations.
• Experience in managing and presenting cases before administrative boards.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar Association is required.
