Troy office of a **Members Only.** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney preferably with 6+ years of experience in the following: Drafting and negotiating commercial and residential real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements (office, retail, industrial) and conveyance documents. The candidate will be reviewing and resolving title and survey issues. Assist in all aspects of due diligence. Conduct closings. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. Any portable book of business is welcome.
