  • Lead investigations into employee issues and workplace crises, offering legal guidance on risk management.
  • Develop and implement workplace policies, compliance strategies, and employee relations programs.
  • Serve clients across various sectors, with particular emphasis on independent schools (K-12), in managing employment-related issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in employment law with a focus on counseling employers on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Strong background in wage and hour compliance, employee handbooks, and employment policies.
  • Expertise in conducting employee training and leading investigations into workplace issues.
  • Experience working with independent schools (K-12) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
