Wyomissing office of our client seeks claimant side workers? compensation attorney preferably with 3 years of experience. The candidate will be meeting with clients at the various firm office locations, as well as virtually and by phone, to review facts and develop case strategies. Will be speaking with new potential clients and signing up new cases. Interviewing witnesses, conducting depositions, reviewing evidence, and speaking with the client. Attending all relevant hearings and advising clients following each hearing about the best strategies. Providing legal guidance and support. Willingness to help out fellow teammates. Must have Pennsylvania workers? compensation litigation experience. PA Bar admission is required. Experience with SmartAdvocate case management software is a plus. Spanish bilingual is preferred.
