Duties

• Manage a diverse array of civil litigation cases, focusing on real estate and business disputes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Uphold a culture of accountability by meeting pre-assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide exceptional legal representation and client service throughout the litigation process.
• Adapt to and leverage technology to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Participate in trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant attorney experience in civil litigation.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
• Proven ability to excel in a results-driven culture.
• Basic understanding of legal technology and a willingness to embrace new tools and processes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
