Duties: 

• Lead or assist in structuring tax credit transactions, including historic and renewable energy tax credits.
• Review financial projections and negotiate key business and legal terms in tax credit deals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate tax equity, loan documents, and legal opinions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Oversee end-to-end project management for tax credit transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a law firm setting focused on tax credit finance.
• Proficiency in managing all aspects of tax credit transactions, from initial structuring to completion.
• Exceptional project management and negotiation skills in legal and financial contexts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from a nationally accredited and recognized law school.

Certifications

• Admission to Florida Bar, or eligibility for admission.
