The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and trial work, with a passion for managing complex cases involving personal injury, property damage, and liability claims. Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and other legal processes.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure favorable outcomes.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Louisiana State Bar and in good standing.
• 8-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with significant trial experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
