Responsibilities:

- Work with a team of experienced attorneys on complex structured finance transactions
- Advise clients on private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, and subscription line credit facilities
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and other legal documents
- Review and negotiate transaction documents

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in securitization and structured finance, or strong transactional experience with a desire to work in CLOs
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice
