Duties:

• Represent clients in defense of auto/trucking accident cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Manage case files and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
