Job Title: Family Law Litigation Attorney (3+ years experience)

Job Responsibilities:
- Meet billable hours and revenue requirements.
- Effectively and timely manage all aspects of their caseload, including motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings, from the beginning of their cases through trial.
- Collaborate daily with staff to ensure cases are progressing appropriately.
- Create and update client case strategy plans that are aligned with client goals.
- Attend and participate in internal team and one-on-one meetings.
- Track and meet all relevant deadlines to ensure smooth case proceedings.
- Produce high-quality legal writing, including pleadings and letters.
- Exhibit outstanding oral advocacy skills during court proceedings and client meetings.
- Communicate with positivity and empathy to effectively counsel clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Create and execute legally sound strategies in an objective manner.
- Display proficiency with technology, including MS Office, Outlook, practice management and billing software, and video conferencing tools.
- Manage case files and records efficiently.
- Be familiar with court procedures and rules to ensure compliance.
- Work well under pressure to handle the demands of the role effectively.
- Handle sensitive client information with appropriate care and professionalism.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law litigation is required.
- Must hold a Utah Bar license.

Salary Information:
- The position offers a salary range of $120, to $150, per year.

This role requires a candidate who is adept at managing a comprehensive caseload, possesses strong advocacy and communication skills, and can work effectively under pressure while handling sensitive information professionally. The attorney must be familiar with court procedures and demonstrate proficiency in using various technology tools to manage their responsibilities.
