Duties:

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters.
• Advocate for victims to secure justice and compensation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build compelling cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in NY, NJ, or OH, and in good standing.
• 1-6 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to justice.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:
