The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications relating to biotechnology and pharmaceutical inventions for individual inventors, universities, hospitals, start-ups, and multinational corporations. Will develop patent strategies for clients and manage their . and international patent portfolios. File and prosecute incoming patent applications from foreign clients and associates. Communicate with foreign associates to provide instructions for the prosecution of foreign patent applications for domestic clients. Prepare Freedom-to-Operate and Patentability Opinions. Should preferably have a Master's degree or higher in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
