Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and expertise in insurance-related matters, including coverage disputes, policy interpretation, and claims handling.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
• Advise clients on insurance coverage issues and assist with litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies and manage case progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance law and regulations.
• Ensure all legal documents and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials, with a preference for candidates in the top 25% of their class.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance law and/or litigation.
• Strong writing and research skills.
