**Members Only,**, a full-service law firm located on Tampa’s Riverwalk, is seeking an experienced Associate to join our growing Professional Liability Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide valuable legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Independently advise and support professional clients in claims avoidance, ethical issues, malpractice, and negligence matters
- Conduct legal analysis and develop litigation strategies
- Manage discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and settlements
- Respond to client needs and requests

Qualifications:

- Florida Bar admission and good standing
- 5-7 years of professional liability litigation experience
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing and managing a book of business (preferred, but not required)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
