**Members Only,** is seeking an experienced attorney to join their multi-lingual team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys to expand their international law practice and to rebrand their law experience.

The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in North Carolina, and be a member in good standing with the NC Bar. The candidate should also have at least 10 years of legal experience in any of the following areas: litigation, corporate, transactional, international, immigration law, or any other field of law. Additionally, the candidate should have 2+ years of project management or leadership experience, and a portable book of business is required for partner level candidates.

Fluency in English is required, and fluency in German, Italian, French, and/or Mandarin is a plus. The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills, analytical and writing skills, and the ability to professionally communicate with colleagues and clients with diverse backgrounds. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic are essential.

### Qualifications

* Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

* 10+ years experience at a law firm; previous experience with corporate, transactional, international or immigration law is a plus
