Our dynamic team works with a variety of clients, including issuers, borrowers, hedge funds, credit funds, banks, and underwriters, to structure complex and innovative transactions involving a wide range of assets, derivatives, and new structures.

Salary Information:
- Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

Job Title:
Asset Finance & Securitization Associate

Experience Information:
- 2-5 years of experience preferred
- Prior work with structured finance, including transactions involving solar loans, mineral rights, royalties, marketplace loans, credit card receivables, auto loans and leases, mortgages, single-family rental properties, timeshares and trade receivables is preferred
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred

Location Information:
- Open positions can be based out of any of the firm's . locations
- Relocation allowance provided

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in structured finance preferred
