Position Summary:
- Assist with premerger notification filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act
- Create and maintain practice group resources, such as standard forms and templates
- Assist with client presentations and business development initiatives
- Coordinate training programs for the Antitrust & Competition practice group

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare HSR filings and work with deal teams and clients to gather information and documents
- Coordinate with external counsel and supervise attorneys assisting with HSR filings
- Conduct analyses to determine need for HSR filings and provide internal training on filing procedures
- Update internal and public websites to reflect changes in laws and regulations
- Manage and update Antitrust & Competition precedent resources
- Work with attorneys to develop and promote client training programs and materials
- Organize and deliver training programs for the Antitrust & Competition group
- Collaborate with Professional Development on group initiatives to promote the work of the group within the firm

Qualifications/Position Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of antitrust and competition law
- Familiarity with HSR filing process
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other offices and staff
- Strong leadership skills to inspire confidence among associates and firm leaders

Education and/or Experience:
- JD required
- Minimum of four years practicing at a law firm
- At least one year of experience completing HSR filings

Compensation:
- Expected base salary range of $315,000 - $400,000
- Salary offers based on relevant skills, experience, education, and other factors
