Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive initial consultations with clients to understand their legal concerns and offer expert legal guidance.
• Manage a caseload of real estate matters, ensuring timely case progression and maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Oversee and supervise legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring effective task delegation and accountability.
• Draft and review key legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as contracts, leases, and amendments.
• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and Support Staff in regular meetings to provide case updates and discuss departmental goals.
• Implement revenue strategies to align with the firm's financial objectives, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• Current or prior experience as a Real Estate Attorney, either as a solo practitioner or at a large law firm.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contract law, and leasing.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload independently.
• Experience in closing and title work is preferred, though not required.
• Ability to work directly with clients and communicate complex legal matters effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the state of Florida.
