New York City office of a **Members Only.** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience in corporate governance and/or securities litigation. The candidate should preferably have experience representing parties in shareholder derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other interesting corporate litigation issues. The candidate will be drafting comprehensive, fact-intensive complaints legal briefs and working closely with the team to develop case theory. Performing critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues and writing about them is a big part of the job.
