Duties:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Perform thorough discovery and medical record analysis.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
• Provide legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on various legal matters and case strategies.
• Assist in case management and trial preparation.
• Stay current with legal developments in relevant practice areas.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 0-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong communication, research, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and legal excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
