Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Litigation
- Investigating and defending first- and third-party claims
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Drafting dispositive motions
- Attending hearings in state and federal courts
- Legal research, writing, and independent thinking

Education and Experience Information:
- Education: Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree
- Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in law firms with a focus on litigation, preferably involving insurance-related matters such as coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims
- Licensure & Certification: Possession of a license to practice law in Colorado

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on approach to research, problem-solving, and client relations
