Law Firm Seeking Experienced Community Associations Attorney

**Members Only,**, a top local law firm located on Tampa’s Riverwalk, is seeking an experienced Community Associations Attorney to join our growing team. We are dedicated to providing our clients with ethical, insightful, and valuable legal services, and we are committed to creating a client-first culture that prioritizes the care and concern for both our clients and employees.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, corporate documents, and community associations documents and amendments
- Independently handle and review association collections, violations, and other lawsuits
- Provide corporate guidance to Community Association Boards and Managers
- Respond to client needs and requests

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Community Associations law preferred, but not required
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage a book of business (existing book of business preferred)
- Ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong academic background with excellent research skills
