The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with patent law, including filing and prosecuting patents, rendering patentability and clearance opinions, drafting patent applications, performing due diligence, and other related legal services.

Duties:

• Filing and prosecuting patents on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Admission to a State Bar
• Registration with the . Patent and Trademark Office
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in patent prosecution is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
