Patent Prosecution Partner
The candidate must have 10+ years of patent prosecution experience and an advanced degree in Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent scientific field. Should have a proven record of client development, as supported by a portable book of business. USPTO Patent Bar registration and at least one State Bar license are required. Knowledge or expertise in preparing patent applications and prosecution, preparing infringement and validity opinions, and client counseling is needed. Experience in representing clients in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, and/or chemical industries is required.
