Job Description:
As a Commercial Real Estate Partner at **Members Only.**, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and sophisticated transactions for clients of all sizes and industries. Requirements:
- 7-12 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
- Strong real estate experience in a variety of transactional matters, including leasing, development, and financing
- Additional experience in commercial lending and banking transactions is a plus
- Experience with entitlement, zoning, and tax issues preferred but not required
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead, negotiate, and manage complex transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Currently licensed in Illinois or eligible for comity or willing to sit for the IL bar exam
