'An immigration attorney handles legal matters that pertain to immigration matters. Immigration attorneys interpret and provide advice on migration, citizenship and business immigration issues, political asylum, and on the processes through which people may secure travel, work or student visas. Immigration attorneys also represent clients in immigration proceedings in U.S. Immigration Courts.

Immigration Associate

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Must have 2-5 years' experience of in-depth immigration work performed on a routine daily basis and possess a thorough understanding in H, L, E-2, E-3, TN and O visas, PERMS, immigrant visa petitions and consular processing. Florida Bar admission required.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Must possess extensive experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas. Must possess experience in high-volume business immigration work environment. Should ideally have 3-6 years of business immigration experience.

The candidate will perform intake of cases. Will troubleshoot and establish case strategy. Draft and file petitions/applications. Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues. Update and manage status reports. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Must have a 5+ years of corporate immigration experience. Must have experience managing a large case load. PERM experience preferred. Strong background in a full range of non-immigrant and immigrant categories as well as I-140 and I- 485 essential.

Seeking an Immigration Attorney with 5+ years of employment based immigration experience working with mid-sized to large corporations. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.  

 Associate Attorney - Business Immigration

The candidate will primarily focus on PERM labor certifications, EB-1 and National Interest Waiver in addition to other IV & NIV work. Will report directly to a Partner and work closely with other Associates on the team as well as Paralegals. Must have JD degree from a U.S. accredited law school with top credentials. Should have 3-5 years of solid business immigration experience, with 2+ years of working on PERM matters. Must have experience working on IV & NIV matters, specifically EB-1, EB-2 and National Interest Waivers. Spanish speaking skills a huge plus.

Immigration Attorney

The candidate should have in-depth experience with employment-based immigration cases, including PERM, H-1B, L-1 and E visa matters. Must be proficient in legal research, word processing and document databases.
Immigration Attorney

The candidate must have experience doing PERM, writing RFE's, O-1's, and most importantly someone who has a comprehensive understanding of handling complex H and O cases. Will be assisting a very small, but specialized team in the NY office while their Associate goes on an extended leave of absence. Must have 2+ years of solid corporate business immigration law experience and be in good standing with a state Bar.
