Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved school. Should have 4+ years' recent work experience as a litigation paralegal. Must be a highly organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Should have the ability to supervise others and oversee workload to meet all deadlines. Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures, practices are needed. Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail are required. Extensive computer and database expertise are needed.
