The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HOA law and be able to provide legal counsel to our clients. JOB DESCRIPTION
As an experienced HOA attorney at Porter Law Firm, your primary duties will include communication with clients, supervising legal assistants, attending client board/member meetings, preparing and pursuing judicial foreclosures, conducting legal research, and preparing legal opinions and court briefings. You will also serve as corporate counsel for your assigned clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, you must be licensed to practice in Texas and the Southern District of Texas. Proficiency with MS Office is required, as well as the ability to maintain a full-time, in-person working schedule and meet billing minimums. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines are a must. Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail are also essential. We are looking for someone with a customer service mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
