Our Employment Litigation Department at Law Firm is seeking an experienced associate to join our dynamic team in Palo Alto or San Francisco. With a salary range of $260,000 - $365,000, this position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases for a variety of clients, ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting internal investigations
- Advising on spin-out mergers
- Preparing briefs
- Handling significant litigation matters involving employment relationships
- Providing advice to fast-growing technology companies on employment law issues
- Advising on employment mobility issues such as trade secrets and non-competes
- Assisting with employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
- Member of the CA Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $260,000 - $365,000
