Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation and investigations.
  • Assist in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters.
  • Advise clients on antitrust compliance and competition law risks.
  • Prepare legal documents, including briefs, motions, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex antitrust matters.
  • Engage in direct client communication and case management.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on competition law issues.
  • Support internal investigations related to antitrust matters.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law (class years 2019–2023).
  • Strong knowledge of antitrust law and competition regulations.
  • Experience in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC investigations, and criminal enforcement.
  • Ideally, prior experience with enforcement agencies or DOJ/FTC government service.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complex legal matters and communicate effectively with clients.
