RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently evaluate and support cases

- Strategize and handle discovery process

- Draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Evaluate and argue dispositive motions
- Prepare for and attend depositions, court hearings, and mediation
- Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff
- Provide excellent service to clients
- Comply with billing and reporting requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar (licensure in other states is a plus)
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools
