We are looking for attorneys with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team in Dallas, TX, Corpus Christi, TX, Houston, TX, Albuquerque, NM, and Santa Fe, NM.

Responsibilities

As a Litigation Associate Attorney at **Members Only,**, you will be responsible for managing a caseload from beginning to end. This includes independently handling all aspects of a case, such as conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and representing clients in court. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other attorneys and Partners on a multitude of legal projects, as well as take the lead with client communication and provide meaningful updates.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in one of our office locations (TX or NM)
• 4+ years of experience in general civil litigation
• Strong academic background
• Exceptional writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and trial work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism
