A law firm in Fresno, CA, seeks a skilled Business Transactional Attorney with at least 4 years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will manage various business transactions, including entity formations, mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions while providing exceptional client service.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of business agreements, including entity formation documents, shareholder agreements, and contracts for mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct due diligence reviews in mergers, acquisitions, and real property transactions.
• Advise clients on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance issues.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic solutions and manage transactional processes effectively.
• Provide legal support and guidance on general business matters and transactional issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing business transactional law.
• Proven ability to independently manage transactions from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
