The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid ability to negotiate and document leasing transactions for landlords and tenants, possess excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with superior organizational skills, capable of managing multiple assignments effectively.

Duties:

• Negotiate and document leasing transactions for landlords and tenants.
• Provide legal counsel on various real estate matters, including lease agreements and amendments.
• Draft, review, and revise lease agreements and other actual estate-related documents.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
• Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations.
• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of real estate transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on leasing.
• Proven ability to negotiate and document complex leasing transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong academic credentials from a top law school.
• Admission and good standing with the California Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
