A law firm with offices in California is looking for a California licensed attorney to assist with labor & employment litigation matters on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a contract position. This opportunity is flexible without a specific hours requirement. The role is completely remote without any travel expectations. Actual experience working on labor & employment litigation matters is preferred but not ;

This is a great opportunity for a California licensed litigation attorney who is looking for either part-time or full-time work on a completely remote ;

Requirements/Preferences:

• Experience with drafting and reviewing pleadings, written discovery, motions and hearings
• Organized, responsive, and well-suited to the pace and flexibility of engagement-based work
• Experience working on labor & employment litigation matters is preferred but not required
• Being fluent in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Available approximately 20–40 hours per week depending on what works best for the candidate
• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
• . from an accredited law school

Position Details:

Compensation:

• Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $175,000 - $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
• Benefits: In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.
