What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm may improve by giving its employees some more time off and better benefits. While the compensation package is solid, it could be improved to account for the long hours that are required.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a firm with an outstanding reputation for getting things done. That is why they can charge top dollar to their clients. As a result, if you make partner, you have a chance to do very well.
What did you not like about this institution?
You can kiss your social life goodbye at this firm. You will be working in the office many weekends, if not all. You will be expected to bill as much as your colleagues if not more.

They are very accommodating with time off, flexing time when needed, covering work while you are out. Lots of taking the stress off the employee, which is very much appreciated. The salary is very good for suburban NJ.ConsMany employees just complain. It is my opinion that they are spoiled not having worked in other positions, so they just do not know how easy it is to work here.Otherwise, not having worked here very long, I do not see any cons.Advice to ManagementNone at this time.
