Additionally, he has gained valuable insights by serving as a clerk for in-house corporate legal departments, including a Denver-based software and technology company and Vail Resorts.
Born and raised in Lexington, KY, Dave Hailey's journey to becoming a successful attorney is as inspiring as it is impressive. After completing his business degree with departmental honors in Finance at the University of Kentucky, he embarked on a year-long adventure as a rock and ice climbing "ski bum" in Aspen, CO. This experience not only fueled his passion for adventure but also instilled in him a sense of determination and resilience that he brings to his legal practice. He later pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he excelled academically and received numerous awards and scholarships, including the prestigious Clarence L. Bartholic Award for Legal Ethics.
